International Exchange

Spending part of your studies abroad is an excellent opportunity to gain many new and valuable experiences. In addition to the ERASMUS+ programme for exchanges within Europe, there is a whole range of other funding opportunities that make such plans affordable.

International experience is often indispensable in today's labour market. We therefore strongly encourage our students at IPK to go abroad! And if you plan well, you can also complete your period of study abroad within the standard length of study!

We are also very pleased to welcome students from our partner universities to our Department! On the following pages, we provide information on how you can go abroad, how to organise your stay and how to fit the period of study abroad into your studies in Greifswald. In addition, under the heading "Internationalisation@home" we show the opportunities available to you for gaining international experience even if you are attending classes here in Greifswald.
